What My Next Field is

My Next Field offers realistic workplace simulations to help you explore careers. The companies, people and numbers in each simulation are fictional, and the guides are general information.

It’s an educational tool. It isn’t professional career, financial, legal or immigration advice, and it doesn’t guarantee a job, interview or pay level.

AI feedback

Some parts of the site are written by AI. AI can make mistakes, so use its feedback as one input alongside your own judgment and other sources.

Your account

You need an account to save progress and use the AI parts. Use your real email address, keep access to it, and don’t share your account. You must be 16 or over.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Using the site fairly

Please don’t misuse the site: for example, by trying to break its security, overloading it, copying its content to resell, using automated tools to scrape it, or writing abusive, illegal or harmful content in the simulations.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your content and ours

What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it to run the site for you, including sending it to our AI provider for feedback.

The simulations, guides, recordings, design and other site content belong to My Next Field. You may use them for your own learning, but not copy or share them commercially.

Paid fields

Some fields may require payment. Prices, what’s included and the refund policy will be shown clearly before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider’s secure checkout.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the site running and accurate, but it’s provided “as is”, and we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, add or remove fields and features over time.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for decisions you make based on the site, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.

Changes and contact
